#### Maximum retries per request

Here you can set how many times touchONE-admin will try to read data from the server if the query fails.

Default value: **10**

### Event synchronization

#### Synchronization time period in minutes

Here you set how often the touchONE-server reads data from the calendar servers for the purpose of processing analytical data, confirming reservations, etc.

Default value: **5 minutes**

### User/resource synchronization

#### Synchronization time (UTC)

Here you can set the **UTC (Universal Time Coordinated)** time when [automatic synchronization](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/18579457/Connection+agents#Forced-synchronization-of-resource-and-user-list) of resources and users will take place. It is best to choose a time at night, after working hours.

Default value: **3:00**
