#### Name

This column contains the name of the connection agent.

#### Type

This indicates the purpose for which the connection agent is used. The types are as follows:

- [For sending emails](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/242909185)
- [For import resources and users](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/243040257)
- [For API operations](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/243105793)
- [For units](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/243171329)
- [For CUE Assist](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/242581510)

#### Server type

This column contains the type of server (Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) for which the connection agent is dedicated.

#### Server address

This column contains the URL of the specific server for which the connection agent is dedicated. This item only applies to the Exchange server.

#### Application ID

This shows the Application ID of the application registered in Azure AD used to connect to the Graph API. This entry only applies to Microsoft 365 servers.

#### Username

The login name of the service account on behalf of which the connection agent (respectively CUE Admin and CUE Solutions Units) performs the requested operations is specified here. The service account must have the appropriate permissions for these operations. This entry is not entered for the connection agent for CUE Assist, where users log in on their own behalf.

#### Used for sending emails

Here you can see which connection agent is used by CUE Admin to send emails. If you have created multiple connection agents for sending emails, only one can be selected here.

> ℹ️ **Note:** it is important that the connection agent for sending emails is entered correctly and that sending emails works well. Without it, for example, it is not possible to reset the administrator password if it is forgotten.

#### Automatic resource/user synchronization

This shows whether the connection agent for importing resources and users is set up to synchronize the list of resources and users automatically in the background every day. For details see [details of this type of connection agent](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/243040257).

#### Used for CUE Assist

Indicates the connection agent that is used for CUE Assist. If you have created multiple connection agents, the [CUE Assist settings](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/162037761) select which specific connection agent the application will use.

#### Authentication method

This shows which authentication method the Connection agent uses. For details see: [Authentication methods](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/M3SG/pages/284820143)
