## Units list

Here you can add and administrate the reservation system and the control system units to the central management using the CUE Solution. A list of all managed units is displayed.

For **bulk actions** with more units, mark these units with a checkbox in the first column.

The unit list displays basic configuration parameters in columns.

- **Magic name** - the magic name of the unit.

- **Status**<span style="color: #0747a6"> </span>- shows whether the unit is connected (green dot), disconnected (red dot) or unregistered (grey dot)

- **Disable synchronization of firmwares** - indicates whether automatic firmware synchronization is enabled or disabled.

- **Firmware status** - indicates the firmware status, e.g., whether it is up to date, outdated, unregistered, etc.

- **Product model type** - type of the product.

- **Product model** - name of the product.

- **Serial number** - the serial number is in the format **CSxxxx.Ryy.zzzzzz**, where **xxxx** is the model number, **yy** is the hardware revision number, and **zzzzzz** is the unique product number.

- **Admin web** - link to the unit’s admin website.

- **MAC address** - the unit’s MAC address

- **Resource display name** - if the unit works with only one resource, the display name of this resource can be seen here.

- **Resource email **- if the unit works with only one resource, the email of this resource can be seen here.

- **Area** - if the unit is assigned to a resource, the corresponding area is displayed here.

- **Project** - if a project is uploaded to the unit, its name is displayed here.

- **Instance** - if the unit is connected to a project instance, it will be displayed here.

- **Time settings** - displays the time zone name.

- **Always on timetable** - shows how the unit has its display turn-on and turn-off configured.

## Action buttons

### Show filters / Hide filters

:showfilters: :hidefilters: The buttons toggle the visibility of the filter panel above the grid depending on the current state, i.e., they show or hide the block with the available filters.

### Toggle switch

:toggle: *All* shows complete grid data while *Selected* limits the grid view to selected rows, which can be chosen by checking the corresponding checkbox in the first column.

> ℹ️ The remaining buttons are tied to the selection in the table. *Edit*, *Unregister,* *Delete*, *Wake up*, *Configuration*, and *Restart* become enabled only when at least one unit is selected via checkbox. With no selection, the buttons stay disabled.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ *+New* is the exception, because it does not depend on selected rows and is always available.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ *Edit* also changes behavior based on selection count: with one selected unit it opens that unit’s detail, with two or more selected units it opens bulk edit. In bulk edit, saving is allowed only when the selected units are the same model.

### New

:new: Clicking the button adds a new unit with default settings. For more information see [https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/469860430](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/469860430)

### Edit

:edit2: Clicking the button edits the selected unit. A specific unit can also be edited by clicking the :upravit1: button in the corresponding row of the table.

### Unregister

:unregister: Clicking the button opens a dialog to unregister the selected units. Selected units remain in CUE Admin. The Unregister action is executed only for units that are currently registered; units that are already not registered are skipped and shown as not registered in the dialog.

### Delete

:delete2: Clicking the button opens a dialog to delete the selected units.

### Wake up

 Clicking the button sends a wake-up command to the selected unit if it is in power-saving mode. This function does not restart the unit or change its settings in any way. It only works if the unit is reachable and supports the wake-up feature.

### Configuration

:configuration: Clicking the button opens a confirmation dialog to force a configuration update for the selected units.

### Restart

:restart: Clicking the button restarts the selected units.

### Copy

:copy: Clicking the button opens a form for creating a new unit, pre-filled with values from the selected existing unit. This eliminates the need to configure everything from scratch - only the necessary fields (e.g., the name) need to be adjusted.

> ℹ️ The buttons listed below are only displayed when editing the unit details.

### Refresh

:refresh: After clicking this button, Admin attempts to retrieve the current state from the unit and also updates the screenshot if downloading is enabled. If anything has changed outside the form (e.g., after a restart or wake up), this function reflects the current state without requiring any manual updates to the settings.

### Save

:save: Clicking the button saves the changes made in the unit details when creating a new unit or editing an existing one. The function is disabled if the form is invalid.

### Back to list

:backtolist: Clicking the button returns you to the unit list without saving any changes.
