This section lists all users available in CUE Admin. The list includes users imported from the connected calendar server as well as users created manually in the *User management* section.

Individual users are listed on the *Users* tab, while user groups are listed on the *Groups* tab.

The *[Event confirmation settings](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/586940427/Users+of+resource#Event-confirmation-settings)* section is used to define exceptions to the default resource settings for individual users. Any settings configured on this tab override the corresponding settings on the *Settings* tab, but only for the selected users. All other users continue to use the default resource configuration.

## Users

Here you can define which actions an individual user is allowed to perform on a specific resource.

The first section of the list displays the user’s username, display name, email address, and the user groups the user belongs to.

### Allowed actions

#### Invite attendee from unit

In development

#### Report unconfirmed event by email

This setting specifies which users receive an email notification when an event for this resource is not confirmed. Users with the *Report unconfirmed event by email* option enabled are notified automatically whenever an unconfirmed event is detected.

This feature is typically used to notify resource administrators or facility managers so they can monitor unconfirmed events and maintain accurate occupancy statistics.

#### Assigned to 

If one or more users are selected, only the selected users can create reservations for the resource. If no users are selected, all users are allowed to create reservations, unless access is restricted through user groups.

#### Event confirmation settings

**Override**

The checkbox indicates that the selected user has resource-specific exceptions to the default resource configuration. These settings override the default resource configuration and apply only to the currently edited resource.

> ℹ️ The settings are applied only if the selected user is the **organizer of the event**. They do not apply when the user is only an attendee.

**Action for unconfirmed event / Multi day events** 

This section displays the resource-specific exception currently applied to the selected user.


## Groups

This tab displays all user groups created in CUE Admin.

#### Assigned to

The *Assigned to* column shows which user groups are allowed to reserve the selected resource. If no user group is selected in this column and no individual user has the *Assigned to* permission on the *Users* tab, the resource can be reserved by all users.

When one or more user groups are selected, only members of the selected groups are allowed to reserve the resource.
