## CUE Solution 7.11.6 or higher

1. Download analytics Excel template from the CUE Assist page
2. Copy data point URL to clipboard
3. Open Excel template file
4. Check or set **Query Option – Privacy – Privacy Level** to **Ignore** (select ***Data – Get Data – Query Options****)*
  
5. Select ***Configuration*** sheet and fill parameters (at least URL from clipboard)
  
6. Select analytics sheet and select ***Data – Refresh All***
  
7. Click right mouse button inside Pivot table and select ***Refresh***

## CUE Solution lower than 7.11.6  


1. Download analytics Excel template from the CUE Assist page.
2. Click to copy the URL for online data access to the clipboard.
3. Open the template in Excel and enable editing if the file opens in *PROTECTED VIEW*.
4. Select *Data – Get Data – Data source Settings…*
5. Select *Change Source…*
6. *Paste the URL from the clipboard into the URL field and click OK.*
7. Close all dialog boxes and select *Data – Refresh All*
8. Now all the reservation analytics data from CUE Admin is loaded into the spreadsheet and you can continue working with them.
