**CUE Assist** as part of the touchONE ecosystem is a user-friendly tool for quick and easy search and reservation of meeting rooms, workplaces, and other shared resources.

## Prerequisites

- Installed [touchONE-solution](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/Dep/151781380)
- Completed [creating reservation suite](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/TAM/16810034) - a user can log into CUE Admin
- Set connection agents - dodělat stránku how to set connection agents
- Synchronized resources - udělat how to synchronize - v connection agents for import
- Prepared files with [floorplans](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/TAM/562987040)
- A certificate with **CUE Assist licenses** uploaded in CUE Admin

## Procedure  


### Areas

- Start by creating a [tree structure of areas](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/775389214) based on the layout of your buildings and floors. All you need to fill in for each area is its **name**.
- The areas should correspond to the prepared [floorplans](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=tam&title=LOCKED%20Floorplan%20of%20Areas&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=773193729). Upload the correct **plan files** and set their **scale**.


### Create/Import resource

- Create or import **resources**, i.e. places for which you want to enable booking.
- Each resource must have the **resource type** and a **connection agent for API** assigned.

### Assign resources to areas

- Assign the resources to individual areas depending on where they are located in the building.
- Then resources will be shown with the correct area in CUE Assist.

### Create transitions between floor plans

- Create **zones** if there are areas you can move from one to another (e.g. you can go from the first floor to the second in Building A).

### Set up CUE Assist

- Assign the correct connection agent for CUE Assist.
- Set up functions, design, and properties you want to use in CUE Assist.

### Assign resources to CUE Assist

- Allow the created/imported and set resources for display in CUE Assist.
- You can select individual resources or select all of them.

### Licenses

- Assign licenses for all resources you want to use in CUE Assist.
- It is necessary to have a sufficient amount of the right type of licenses **CUE Assist Room**, **CUE Assist Workplace**, and **CUE Assist Custom**. Also see[https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/777519114](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/777519114)
- Now you can start CUE Assist with resources.

## Other recommended settings (optional)

### Create zones for individual resources
