# Description

Workspace analysis helps companies and organizations to use physical space more efficiently. By tracking the use of different spaces companies can make informed decisions about the availability and use of meeting rooms, office layouts, desks, parking spaces, and other types of shared resources. This significantly reduces operating costs and allows future optimization of workspaces.

The CUE solution continuously stores the necessary event and resource usage data in real time so you have all information whenever you need it. So there is no need to conduct complicated studies to determine how your premises are used.

The internal engine performs data analysis and offers a wide range of transparent analytical dashboards displayed in the administration application in the Analytics section.


# Analytical dashboards

The individual dashboards are divided into groups and to access all dashboards from a given group you need to purchase the appropriate license.

Currently the following dashboards groups are available:


**Basic Resource Analytics**

- Basic overview (no license required)


**Standart Resource Analytics**

- Basic overview by location
- Basic overview by resource capacity
- Basic overview by resource type
- Reservations by time
- Reservations by user
- Unconfirmed reservations by user


**Premium Resource Analytics**

- Room reservations without attendees
- Room efficiency by capacity
- Room efficiency by user


**Navigation Analytics**

- Basic Navigation Dashboard
- Chart's Navigation Dashboard


**New layouts**

- New Layouts provides an overview of reservation events using the latest analytics layout, with interactive filters and summarized usage statistics for reservable resources.
