In this administration mode, you change the settings on any reservation suite unit, and settings shared within the Reservation Suite will be automatically applied to all units. Other settings (individual settings of each unit, e.g. language, display brightness, etc.) must be done on each unit separately. All reservation system units included in the Reservation Suite must be plugged into the same LAN.

The Essential setup can be used only for reservation panels. This setup uses a reservation panel touch display, in some cases unit admin web access is required. All setup data is then stored in the reservation panels.

The Essential Setup supports the following **calendar platforms**:

- Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 Resource Owner Password Credentials (ROPC) authentication. If you want to use OAuth 2.0 device code flow authentication, you need to use the touchONE-manager unit for On-premises administration.
- Microsoft Exchange
- Google Workspace.

The procedure for **setting up** specific types of servers is described in the following documents:

- [Microsoft 365 Setup Guide](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/M3SG)
- [Microsoft Exchange Server Setup Guide](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/MESSG)
- [Google Workspace Setup Guide](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/GWSG).

In order to s**et the touchONE system**, it is necessary to:

- Provide settings for the specific server using the guides mentioned above.
- Configure the touchONE units using this guide.
