> ℹ️ Units connected to the same reservation suite share their settings, e.g. if you need to change the service account password, you can just do it on one panel and all the other ones within the same reservation suite will adopt the change automatically.

- Create a new reservation suite by tapping on "**Create new reservation suite**" in the first reservation panel. It doesn't matter which panel you choose.
- The following screen appears
- <span style="color: #231f20">Now</span> <span style="color: #231f20">create</span> <span style="color: #231f20">and</span> <span style="color: #231f20">enter</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">reservation</span> <span style="color: #231f20">suite</span> <span style="color: #231f20">**name**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">and</span> <span style="color: #231f20">**password**</span><span style="color: #231f20">.</span> The keyboard appears after tapping any of the red-marked fields. When you enter the name or password, press "Enter" on the keyboard.
- The reservation suite name and password serve for mutual identification of panels. The password is also used for accessing the panels' settings.
- <span style="color: #231f20">You</span> <span style="color: #231f20">need</span> <span style="color: #231f20">to</span> <span style="color: #231f20">confirm</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">password</span> <span style="color: #231f20">by</span> <span style="color: #231f20">entering</span> <span style="color: #231f20">it</span> <span style="color: #231f20">twice</span> <span style="color: #231f20">("</span><span style="color: #231f20">**Enter**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**Password**</span><span style="color: #231f20">"</span> <span style="color: #231f20">and</span> <span style="color: #231f20">"</span><span style="color: #231f20">**Reenter**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**Password**</span><span style="color: #231f20">").</span> <span style="color: #231f20">The</span> <span style="color: #231f20">entered</span> <span style="color: #231f20">passwords</span> <span style="color: #231f20">must</span> <span style="color: #231f20">be</span> <span style="color: #231f20">identical.</span> How to use the keyboard and enter special characters can be found [here](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/CVCGC/542277651).
- <span style="color: #231f20">Touch the field "</span><span style="color: #231f20">**Select**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**server type**</span><span style="color: #231f20">" and select the type of calendar server</span> <span style="color: #231f20">you will use, i.e. Microsoft</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Office 365,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Exchange</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Server,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Google</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Workspace</span> <span style="color: #231f20">(G</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Suite).</span>
- <span style="color: #231f20">Confirm</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">creation</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">new</span> <span style="color: #231f20">reservation</span> <span style="color: #231f20">suite</span> <span style="color: #231f20">by</span> <span style="color: #231f20">tapping</span> <span style="color: #231f20">"Create".</span>
