This method automatically finds the touchONE-manager or another configured panel on the network.

## Requirements

For **both **administration methods:

- **TCP port 53128 and UDP port 33333 **within the local network must be open for communication between touchONE units.
- UDP packet **broadcast on port 33333** must be also enabled. This is used to search for reservation system units.

> ℹ️ If UDP packet broadcast on port 33333 is not supported, it is necessary to [Join the touchONE-manager manually](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TES/pages/278167689).

## Procedure

Proceed with the following steps:

- Press the "**Find reservation suite and join**" button.

- On the next screen choose which reservation suite you want to join, in case you manage more of them. This screen appears for a reservation suite managed by essential setup.
And this screen for a suite managed by touchONE-manager (On-premises administration).

- Use the "**Choose reservation suite**" item, and "**Enter password**". Use the credentials you have chosen during the creation of the suite.
- Under "**This unit magic name**" (displayed only for On-premises administration) you can check or edit the magic name of the unit to be joined. The unit must have the same **magic name** as was set for the given unit in the touchONE-manager.
- Continue by tapping "**Join**".
- If you need to search for a reservation suite on the network again, use the button .

> 📝 This is the only way of joining the existing reservation suite. Even if you create a new reservation suite with the same name and password, it will be considered as a different one.

Next steps for **Essential Setup** only:

- The next screen ("**Room settings**") allows you to add another room account email address ("**+**" button) or choose from existing rooms (by tapping "**Room email**" a list of earlier-defined rooms expands). In the field "Displayed room name" you can enter the room name which will be shown on the touchONE panel.
- In the item "**Area**" you can use the "+" button to create a list of areas (e.g. "1st floor", "2nd floor") and then assign the room to one of them. This enables users to filter search results when looking for a free room, as they can limit the search only to certain areas.

**Other settings vary** depending on the type of server selected.
