## Upload Google Workspace certificate

If you create a new reservation suite and select Google Workspace ("G Suite (Google Apps for Work)" option in server type), you will first need to upload the G Suite certificate file to the unit.

You can do it with the [Admin Web](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADMINWEB) of touchONE unit.

- You need a computer with an internet browser.
- The computer must be connected to the same LAN as the touchONE units.
- Run the Internet browser on your PC and type in the touchONE unit IP address. If you are not sure of the IP address, check the Configuration of touchONE units through Admin Web and [Accessing Admin Web ](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADMINWEB/pages/274563094)chapters.
- You may need to log in first to access the touchONE unit Admin Web.
- Enter your reservation suite password into the "**Password**" box and click the "Login" button. Remember that the password is case-sensitive. After entering the password you find yourself in the setup pages of Admin Web.
- Select the item "**G Suite certificate**" in the left column.
- Click on "**Choose file**". The standard dialogue window for the opening of files will come up. On your computer, select the JSON certificate file that you obtained according to the [touchONE Google Workspace](/space/GWSG/276070428).
- In the end, click the "**Upload**" button.
- After the certificate is uploaded, the following screen is shown.
- Here you can check the certificate. If you want to delete the certificate, click "Delete certificate". If you want to change the certificate, upload the new certificate in the manner described above.

## Room settings

- Now you can leave the Admin Web pages and proceed with the setup of the room account on the unit. A window with room settings is displayed on the touch panel.
- Keyboard will appear when you tap "**+**", so that you can enter the room email (see the touchONE - Setup Guide - Google Workspace, chapter Creating a resource calendars, step 7).
- In the field "**Displayed room name**" you can enter the room name which will be shown on the touchONE panel.
- In the item "**External sharing options**", select "Share all information" or "Only free/busy information", depending on how calendar sharing is set according to the touchONE - Setup Guide - Google Workspace, chapter Setup of calendar sharing, steps 6 and 8.
- In the "**User email**" field, enter the email of the user account for sending emails (see the touchONE - Setup Guide - Google Workspace, chapter Creating a user account for sending emails, step 3).
- How to use the keyboard and enter special characters can be found [here](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/CVCGC/542277651) .
- You can test the toom configuration by means of the "**Test**" button.
- In the item "**Area**" you can use the "+" button to create a list of areas (e.g. "First floor", "Second floor") and then assign the room to one of them. This enables users to filter search results when looking for a free room, as they can limit the search only to certain areas.
- You can now save the configuration by tapping "**OK**" and start using the touchONE panel.
- If you wish to change other detailed settings of the panel, tap "**Next**". For further information please see the chapter [Detailed panel settings](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TES/pages/234195003).
