In order to set the touchONE system using On-premises Administration, it is necessary to perform the following steps:

1. Prepare the accounts on the calendar server you are using. The procedure for setting up specific types of servers is described in the following documents.
  - [Microsoft 365](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/M3SG)
  - [Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MESSG)
  - [Google Workspace](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GWSG)
  - [IceWarp](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWSG)
  - [Zimbra](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZSG)
  - Kerio Connect (under construction)
2. Do the basic setup of the touchONE-manager unit (IP settings, date, and time).
3. Create a reservation suite in the touchONE-manager.
4. Set the servers, user, and room accounts in the touchONE-manager.
5. Add touchONE units (panels, touchONE-overview) to the reservation suite configuration in the touchONE-manager.
6. If you use a proxy or 802.1X, it must be set up on all units of the reservation system, both touchONE-manager, touchONE panels, and touchONE-overview.
7. Join touchONE units in this reservation suite.

The touchONE-manager unit is managed using the [Admin Web](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADMINWEB). There you can do the following:

- Setup the touchONE-manager unit (IP address, date and time, etc.)
- Create a reservation suite
- Manage a list of servers, user, and room accounts
- Manage list of touchONE units connected to the reservation suite
- Manage company logos and screen backgrounds
- Manage room support services
- Setting up the parameters of the touchONE unit (language, the format of date and time, etc.)
- Firmware upgrade
- View the analytics of the room usage
- Etc.
