The necessary settings in the Zimbra administration are described [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZSG).

## Add server

- First, add the Zimbra Server to the configuration. Click "**Basic setup**" in the top bar and then click "**Servers**".
- The server settings screen opens. Click the "**Add**" button.
- In the "**Server type**" field, select "**CalDAV - Zimbra**".
- Enter Zimbra server address in the field "**Server address/URL**". You can either enter:
  - Public IP address (if the server is accessible at this address, e.g. **123.45.67.89**)
  - Internal IP address in the LAN network (e.g.**192.168.1.2**)
  - Local name of the server (e.g. **zimbra. contoso.local**)
  - Global name of the server (if there is a public DNS record for it, e.g. **zimbra.contoso.com**).
- In the "**Communication timeout**" item, enter the maximum time to wait for the server response. If the server does not respond by this time, it is evaluated as a communication error.
- If a proxy server is required for access to your server, check the box "**Use proxy server**".
- If you want to verify the server certificate during communication, check the box "**Check server certificate**".
- In the "**SMTP server address**" field, enter the address of the SMTP server for sending mail that is part of the Zimbra server. In the "SMTP server port" field, enter the port number used for secure connection to the SMTP server, typically TCP port 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS).
- You can test the connection with the server by pressing "**Test**".
- Continue by tapping "**OK**".

## Add service account

- Now you need to add a service account. Click "**Basic setup**" in the top bar and then click "**Service accounts**".
- The service accounts settings screen opens. Click the "**Add**" button.
- In the "**Account type**" field, select "CalDAV - Zimbra".
- In the "**User name**" field, enter the service account email (e.g. **touchone@contoso.com**).
- Now enter the service account **password**.
- You can test the account by means of the "**Test**" button. If you use more than one Zimbra server, select in the "**Test Server**" field which server will be used to test the service account.
- Continue by tapping "**OK**".

## Add room account

- Finally, you need to add a room account. Click on "**Basic setup**" in the top bar and then click "**Rooms**".
- The rooms settings screen opens. Click the "**Add**" button.
- Under "**Server**" and "**Service account**", select the Zimbra server and the service account used for the room.
- In the "**Room email**" field enter room account email (e.g. **demoroom@contoso.com**).
- In the field "**Displayed room name**" you can enter part of the URL to access the room calendar using CalDAV. It is constructed as follows:
  - **dav/<RESOURCE_EMAIL>/<CALENDAR_NAME>**
  - e.g.: **dav/demoroom@contoso.com/Calendar**
  - For details, see URL to access calendars described in [Zimbra Setup Guide](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZSG/pages/274826748).
- You can test the room account by tapping "**Test**".
- Save the account settings by clicking on "**OK**".

> ⚠️ Save all the settings by clicking the "Save" button in the upper right corner. This completes the basic setup of accounts for the IceWarp Server.

You can now proceed with [Adding the reservation system units](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TOA/pages/234193338).
