If the touchONE-concentrator unit has a reservation suite defined, you need to log in to gain access to [Admin Web](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADMINWEB/pages/274563094). Enter the reservation suite password where indicated and click on “**Login**”. Note that the password entry is case-sensitive. This takes you to the Admin Web home pages.

If the touchONE-concentrator unit has no reservation suite defined, there is no need to log in and you find yourself right on the home page.
