Cue Network Scanner is small utility, the **EXE **file that does not require installation, which can be downloaded from [http://www.touchone.eu](http://www.touchone.eu), section Resources/Downloads.

This utility searches the network and lists all reservation system units and allows, among other things, to generate the necessary **CSV files**.

The first time you run the utility, you may be asked to allow it to access the network. In that case, grant this permission.

When the application is started, a window with a list of found units will open.

At the top left, you can select the filter of displayed units by type. Select “**Show all**” or “**Show touchONE only**”.

Use the “**Export to CSV files for PowerShell script...**” button to export the required CSV files. Then select the destination folder where the files will be exported. Choose your working temporary folder.

For each reservation suite found, two CSV files will be created:

- For **firmware upgrade** named **ReservationSuiteName_fw.csv**
- For **uploading certificates** named **ReservationSuiteName_8021x.csv**.

In our example above, the file names will be Contoso RS_fw.csv and Contoso RS_8021x.csv.
