To run a secure website, you need to sign the website with **SSL certificates** issued by a public and trusted certificate authority.

As **standard **on our SaaS, we deploy **[Let's Encrypt](https://letsencrypt.org/)**** **(LE) SSL certificates with automatic renewal. To issue LE certificates, you just need to have working DNS records on our server and we will take care of everything else.

If **[Let's Encrypt](https://letsencrypt.org/)** certificates do not suit you and you would like to have the certificates signed by some other certificate authority you use, you can **get the certificates yourself**, and we will upload them to your server. We use a standard Microsoft IIS server and can use all standard IIS-compatible methods to set up certificates, e.g. direct certificate upload including private key, certificate issuance based on Certificate Signing Request, etc.
