### CUE Solution

This complete software solution installed on the **CUE server **consists of the database for data storage and a back-end application for communication with calendar servers, front-end applications, and CUE Solution Units. Intuitive administration & analytics front-end application **CUE Admin** serves for whole CUE ecosystem central administration as well as for statistics and analytics. Web and mobile planning & reservation front-end application **CUE Assist** is available as a web browser application and PWA for Windows, iOS, or Android and offers many functions for the room, workplace, and other resources quick search and reservation.

### Interactive reservation panels

Plug & play room reservation panels are standalone interactive displays for meeting room reservations. All panels offer various intuitive customizable user interfaces and side located green / red room status indicators. Room status indication, room reservation, meeting extend and finish and many other functions are available. Panels are connected using a single cable Ethernet connection with PoE. The 802.1X authentication mechanism is supported.

The reservation panels can be equipped with an NFC card reader. This allows for non-anonymous operations, e.g. room reservation.

### Reservation interfaces

Compact and price-effective push-button reservation interface offers workplace status indication - green free, red for occupied. Workplace identification incl. the QR code is provided with a customized label.  
The 4.3 ”touch screen reservation interface is a more comfortable solution offering side and front status indicators. It offers many functions like reservation, extension, cancels, and more.

These interfaces can be supplemented with an occupancy sensor that is installed under the desk.

### Overview with display

The touchONE-overview unit makes it possible to join a large display that will show the states of several rooms at once, e.g. at receptions. The player is enclosed in a compact chassis and can be easily integrated to display devices, such as LCD TV or projector at site installation with HDMI display output up to HDMI 2.0.

### Data concentrator

The touchONE-concentrator unit communicates with calendar servers and makes it possible to manage centrally all workplace reservation units using a web browser. For easy administration of touchONE-desk-55 or touchONE-4 units, these units are linked to a group called reservation suite. Each touchONEconcentrator unit can serve for up to 100 desk interfaces. The touchONE-concentrator must be plugged into the same LAN as the other units of the Reservation Suite.

### Room control integration

Room control integration allows simple integration with the room control systems. It simplifies and automates the use of meeting rooms and allows meeting management from a control panel. The control system automatically turns devices on and off depending on the room reservation status.

### Occupancy sensors integration

The touchONE-sensor-app application is designed to connect any occupancy sensor with dry contact outputs.
