The CUE Solution is a complete multilingual workspace management & resource scheduling ecosystem.
This unified solution works for company workplaces, boardrooms, conference rooms, lecture rooms, auditoriums, classrooms, universities, hotels, sports centers, and other meeting places as well as large corporate installations.

The complete ecosystem consists of:

- Reservation front-end application
- Mobile reservation application
- Room reservation panels
- Workplace interfaces
- Overview of rooms, workplaces, and reservations
- Central administration and analytics tool.

The CUE system is used worldwide. Its users include banks, insurance companies, global companies and industries, schools and universities, government organizations, hotels and conference centers, and many other types of organizations.

All of these organizations place a high value on security, and therefore solution security is a top priority in the development of all parts of the CUE ecosystem. All CUE Solution strictly adheres to global safety procedures and guidelines.

All hardware that is part of the CUE ecosystem is developed specifically for use in the reservation system and is equipped with firmware that meets the most stringent security requirements. A proprietary operating system is used in all units to significantly increase protection against attacks.

Reservation and administration software applications are developed specifically for the convenient reservation and administration of different types of resources (rooms, workplaces, lockers, parking spaces, etc.) using the latest technologies on both the server and frontend sides. Applications are designed to meet strict security requirements.

All units start the booking application directly after switching on and cannot be terminated. Therefore, the unit cannot be used other than as a reservation device. The data used by CUE Solution Units include only the data displayed by the unit. The data is additionally encoded in the unit.
