These installation instructions are intended for the following models
- touchONE-10-W
- touchCUE-10-W
> ⚠️ The adhesive foil not only has an aesthetic purpose, so that the back of the panel is not
> ⚠️ visible behind the glass, but also significantly increases the bonding strength of the
> ⚠️ panel. Therefore, the use of adhesive foil is mandatory.
**Mounting Components**

- Cleaner Sachet or IPA and paper napkin
You need 3 cleaner sachets for cleaning (glass wall, foil, and the mounting adapter) |
**Installation instructions**

|  | **Recommended height:**
- **LANDSCAPE mount 1560 mm**
- **PORTRAIT mount 1610 mm**
**Mark the top of the foil** at such a height that the centre of the panel is at the recommended height of 1500 mm from the floor. |
|  | > ⚠️ Clean the surface with the Cleaner Sachet or IPA |
|  | **Cut off** the strip along the edge of the release liner. |
| 
 | Use vertical ruler or level to **adjust correct foil vertical position**. Put foil on the wall with the release liner (not with adhesive part) to the ruler or level.
**Stick the adhesive part** of foil using delivered squeegee. |
|  | **Gradually remove** the release liner and stick the rest of the foil using a squeegee. |
|  | To prevent air bubbles from forming under the film, squeegee lengthwise from the center outward using overlapping strokes. |
|  | **Loosen the fixing screws** using the Allen key. |
|  | Remove the back mounting adapter from the panel. |
|  | > ⚠️ **Clean and degrease** the surface of the mounting adapter with the Cleaner Sachet or IPA |
|  | Attach six double-sided adhesive tapes to the rear side of the mounting adapter (wall-facing side).
- The long strips should be located along the top and bottom edges of the mounting adapter.
- The short strips should be located in the middle of the mounting adapter.
Stick the adhesive side of the tape with the squeegee. |
|  | > ⚠️ **Clean and degrease** the surface of the foil with the Cleaner Sachet or IPA |
|  | Remove the release liner from the adhesive tape. |
|  | **Check the foil attached to the wall and make sure it is degreased and completely dry.**
Carefully attach the mounting adapter to the foil installed on the wall. |
|  | > ⚠️ **It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours, but preferably 72 hours, before proceeding to the next step (installation of the panel itself) to achieve maximum bond strength**. |
| > ℹ️ After applying the **adhesive tape**, the bond strength will increase as the adhesive spreads across the surface (also known as “wet-out”).
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - **At room temperature**:
> ℹ️ - **50%** **of the ultimate bond strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, **
> ℹ️ - **90% after 24 hours, **
> ℹ️ - **100% after 72 hours. **
> ℹ️ - This process occurs more **quickly at higher temperatures** and **more slowly at lower temperatures**.
> ℹ️ - **Ultimate bond strength can be achieved more quickly** (and in some cases, bond strength can be increased) **by exposing the bond to elevated temperatures** (e.g., 66°C [150°F] for 1 hour). This can improve adhesive wetting on the substrates.
> ℹ️ - Abrading the surfaces or using primers/adhesion promoters can also increase bond strength and help achieve ultimate bond strength more quickly. |
|  | Remove the cable bushing cover at the point where you want to route the cable.
It is possible use four different variants. |
| > ℹ️ **When installing cable, use flexible flat or round cables with a maximum diameter of 5 mm. CAT5 and CAT5e category cables are sufficient for proper panel functionality.**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ **Cables of higher categories have too large a diameter, a large allowable bend radius, and are not flexible enough for easy panel installation.** |
|  | Install cable to the selected route through the selected bushing. Cable length inside depend on the variant that will be used. Covers for unused bushings are delivered.
**Connect Ethernet cable** to the panel |
|  | Place the panel onto the mounting adapter by clicking it into adapter, which will cause the magnets to connect. |
|  | Carefully tighten the fixing screws with an Allen key.
We recommend tightening preferably all 4 screws. If there is difficult access to some of the screws, use at least 2 screws in opposite
corners. The screws can be installed from the top or bottom, or from the sides, depending on the installation conditions. |
|  | The mechanical installation is now complete. System configuration may follow. |
