It is necessary to set the following accounts in Zimbra:

- Room accounts: There is an email account of LOCATION or RESOURCE kind designated for room scheduling in Zimbra. The touchONE system uses the calendar of this account for arranging meetings in the particular room.
- Service account: This is a typical user email account with read-and-write access to the calendars of rooms accounts. The touchONE system uses the service account for accessing the room's calendars. That is because the original rooms accounts cannot administrate themselves.
