## Description

This document is intended for users of [Zimbra](https://www.zimbra.com/). It describes the process of setting up accounts in the Zimbra and settings of touchONE panels working with this service. Before you start, read the appropriate touchONE administration guide. There you will find basic information on the reservation system touchONE and a description of the common settings of the system.

Zimbra is supported in the following administration methods:

## Requirements for Zimbra

For proper functionality of the touchONE reservation system it is necessary to ensure the following:

- touchONE-manager unit for on-premises administration
- Service accounts and room (resource) accounts
- It is necessary to have enabled service CalDAV on Zimbra. This service is enabled by default.

## Settings

In order to set the touchONE system, it is necessary to:

- Prepare an account on the Zimbra server.
- Configure the touchONE units.
