You will need the calendar URL as described in the following section.

## URL to access calendars

The touchONE system accesses calendars using the CalDAV web standard. The full URL to access the calendars in standard Zimbra environment is constructed as follows:

<https://<**ZIMBRA_SERVER_URL**>/dav/<**RESOURCE_EMAIL**>/<**CALENDAR_NAME**>

From this URL you will need the following items to set up the reservation system:

- **ZIMBRA_SERVER_URL** is the standard Zimbra web user interface URL, **zimbra.contoso.com** in our example. This value is entered in the “Server address/URL” in the touchONE-manager / server settings.
- **RESOURCE_EMAIL** is the email address of the resource, e.g. **demoroom@contoso.com** in our example. See chapter [Resource account creating](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZSG/pages/274923613), point 2 for details.
- **CALENDAR_NAME** is the name of the resource calendar, e.g. **Calendar**.

**Example:** https://zimbra.contoso.com/**dav/demoroom@contoso.com/Calendar**

To set up item ”CalDAV – Zimbra resource URL” in the touchONE-manager / room settings you will need the bolded part of the URL, i.e. **dav/demoroom@contoso.com/Calendar**.
