1. In the admin console, select “Manage” and “Resources”. Click on the “Settings” button and select “New”.

2. Using the right-click, open the context menu and select “New mailbox“. Enter room name, e.g. “Demo Room”, email e.g. “demoroom”. In the “Type” field, select “Location”. In “Scheduling Policy select “Auto accept if available, auto decline on conflict”. Then, as with the service account, scroll down and set the resource account password. Don’t forget to uncheck the “Must change password” option. Tap „Finish“ to create new resource account.

3. Now you need to set the resource account to be shared with the service account. Open the standard Zimbra web user interface and log in with the resource account. The standard Zimbra web user interface URL is unique to your Zimbra and is known to the administrator. This URL is **zimbra.contoso.com** in our example.

4. Here in the top bar select the “Preferences” tab and then select “Sharing”. In the “Share A Folder” section, “Folder type” item select “Calendar”. Then tap the “Share” button.

5. In the pop-up window select calendar to share and tap „OK“. A resource can have multiple calendars. In this case, select the calendar that the reservation system units will work with.

6. The “Share Properties” window opens. Here, under “Share with” select “Internal users and group”. Enter the service account email in the email field. This will set the service account to share the resource account. Under “Role” select “Manager”. Click “OK” to complete the sharing settings.

7. Now set the time zone for the resource. In the top bar select the “Preferences” tab and then select “General”. In the “Time Zone and Language” section set the required time zone.

8. Now you need to accept calendar sharing with the resource service account. Log out of the resource account by clicking on the account name in the upper right corner and selecting “Sign Out”. Then log in with the service account name.

9. Go to “Mail” and “Inbox” and click on the email asking for confirmation of sharing. Then click “Accept Share” to confirm the sharing.

10. A window will open to accept the sharing. Confirm it with the “Yes” button.

Now the basic setting of the accounts is finished. You can continue by the touchONE units setting.
