Scanning QR codes in CUE Assist is used for:

- confirming events
- navigation
- displaying the resource detail (Multiview)


### Multiview

- Multiview is a panel that allows switching between different options of a resource or POI.
- It appears after scanning a QR code of a licensed POI (see the bottom section of the image below).

### Multiview Modes

- **Anonymous (Not Logged In)**
  - Allows switching to anonymous navigation.
  - Displays options available to non-authenticated users (based on CUE Admin settings).
  - After logging in, allows viewing the POI/resource detail in CUE Assist.


- **Authenticated (User Logged In)**
  - Displays the resource or POI along with the options available to the logged-in user.


### Multiview Options

- **Detail**
  - Displays the resource detail.
  - The visible content can be configured separately for non-authenticated and authenticated users.
  - Appears when the QR code:

    - has a connection agent for API operations - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYB9Dg)


- **Navigation**
  - Opens navigation to the location/resource.
  - Appears when the QR code:

    - has a valid license - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/x/Q4AELg)

- **Events**
  - Displays an overview of reservations for the given resource.
  - Appears when:
    - the QR code is linked to a reservable resource in CUE Admin - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=TAM&title=Reservable%20and%20Non-Reservable%20Resources)
    - the user is authenticated in CUE Assist
    - the user has permission for the resource - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/x/SoC3Jw)


- **Requests**
  - Displays orders for the given resource.
  - Appears when:
    - the QR code is linked to a reservable resource in CUE Admin - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=TAM&title=Reservable%20and%20Non-Reservable%20Resources)
    - the resource has ordering enabled - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/476840096/Services+for+resource#Enable-for-assist)

- **News**
  - Displays news content.
  - Appears when:
    - the QR code is associated with a news item - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/469205011/POIs+QR+codes#News) and [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/2405793950/Creating+a+new+POI+QR+code#Purpose)
    - the QR code has a valid POI Basic or POI Standard license.


- **Control**
  - Provides device control and monitoring.
  - Appears when:
    - at least one Monitor&Control device is assigned to the POI - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/x/HgDhZQ)
    - the QR has a valid POI Standard license - see also [here](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/LM/923271334/POI+licenses%E2%80%8B)

- **Device**
  - Displays CUE devices assigned to the POI.
  - Appears when:
    - the QR code is associated with a CUE Unit - see also [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/469205011/POIs+QR+codes#Unit)
    - the CUE device is visible in CUE Assist/Navigation
    - the user has permission to view the CUE device

- **Login**
  - Displays the login screen.
  - Appears when the user is not logged in.
