**CUE Assist** is a user-facing web application that provides access to everyday workplace services from both mobile devices and desktop computers. It enables users to search for available meeting rooms and other shared resources, view their availability in a calendar or floor plan, and create or manage reservations.

Depending on the enabled features, CUE Assist also provides **indoor navigation**, **colleague search**, **service ordering** for resources and events, **company news**, **control of selected building technologies**, and **analytics and statistics** such as resource occupancy over a selected period. Integration with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange, or CUE Calendar ensures that users always work with up-to-date availability information and that reservations are synchronized with their standard calendar.

**CUE Admin** serves as the central administration interface for the entire solution. Administrators use it to manage users and permissions, areas, resources, floor plans, available services, the application appearance, and individual features. Any changes made in CUE Admin are automatically reflected in CUE Assist, allowing the application to be tailored to the specific building, organization, and user requirements.
